Good things come to those who wait, let's not rush.
In the mean time, keep supporting the server via social media such as youtube, facebook etc.
Once we have people posting regularly, showing friends, advertising etc, it will come together itself.

Personally, I think they should wait until the population is higher.
My biggest disappointment would be for them opening it to early and finding a wasteland. I would much rather see a healthy and active leveling experience rather than making my way alone. I've always enjoyed the leveling aspect of Vanilla WoW more than anything else.
I remember so many funny deaths and difficult struggles with other players that I would be disappointed if it wasn't close or better than it used to be.
