Lost item due to server DC

Hey,
I lost an item i got in a dungeon today due to server DC's, I have screenshots of the items in my bag as proof I looted it. Is there a way I can get the item back or is there no chance for it?

They do not reimburse lost items.

If they don't reimburse gold from all teh COD scams well I doubt they will reimburse items from rollbacks unfortunately
