I cant get the followup quest after doing The quest The lost fragments from Theldurin the lost in Badlands. Is he Bugged on the horde side or what?

Her name is Myzrael... you should check for dyslexia.

I solo'd her... she's resistant as all hell to spells so it was hard to kite her to Hammerfall and let the lvl 30 nubs kill her for me... the guards didn't give a shit as she is yellow and not red...
Maybe you are too low level to get the followup? She is level 43 iirc.
