Hi - Can I run a legit (non scamming) casino?

I have looked through the rules and cannot see anything that states I cannot. I just would rather not lose my account over a misunderstanding.

I raised a ticket online but I was not supposed to.

I think you can feel free to do this unless you scam somebody and he posts screenshot .

Technically, a ban on casinos would be blizzlike. Plus, who knows what the law in frogland has to say regarding internet gambling.

I think it could get kinda interesting if it is allowed, opens the door to some cooler stuff like betting on PvP or dungeon clear races.

I mean, it isn't like avoiding legal issues was the entire reason Blizz put a stop to virtual casinos in WoW...hmm, wait a second. Not necessarily illegal in totality, but it requires regulations and such that just aren't worth it unless you are specifically running a casino service.

apart from that I completely agree with you, the example I made do not have real money, but imaginary money just for the fun.
In a nutshell, if you lose, you do not lose anything. Considers the currency as if it were the zenie of dragon ball budokai series.
