Cow King's Hide.

+10 stam, +10 to all resists. Pretty terrible.

Implying the Cow King's Hide isn't entirely necessary for the inevitable cow invasion and that more people should strive to find the cow level.

CKH is really useful in the Secret Cow Level where all of the elite mobs do chromatic elemental damage.

cow kings hide is nowhere close to being the worst. resistance can be very useful in some weird scenario.

Now if you really want something useless.. This one traditionally is a famous example:

Binds when equipped
Trinket
Requires Level 58
Equip: When struck in combat has a 1% chance of increasing all party member's armor by 250 for 30 sec.
