[Serious]Item Duping, was it fixed? Are there repercussions?

How is it possible that one person has 5+ Alcor's Sunrazor's for sale.

This is not only statistically improbable, it's impossible.

If a boe epic world drop is .0333% chance, he would need to kill 3003 mobs to receive approximately 1 dagger.
So this guy would have had to kill approximately 15015 max level yetis to receive 5 daggers.

And he probably has more in the bank.

Lets figure out how long it would take to kill 15015 max level yetis.

If you killed 1 yeti per minute, that would be 15015 minutes or 250 straight hours or 10.41 days straight.

Let me remind you, it's nearly impossible to farm anywhere near 1 yeti per minute for a sustained period.

To accomplish this, he would have had to be awake and grinding max level yetis, without stopping for ganks, for food, to level, to empty bags, ANYTHING, for 1/4 of the server's existence.

The fact that there has been bag 'glitches' and mentions of duping being sold, both here and on other forums is concerning.

What is going to happen to those items, and the players that OBVIOUSLY couldn't have found these legitimately.

Even if the bug was fixed, should these people be allowed to keep their ill-gotten gains.

Just asking for clarity,

Jimbo

I would even be willing to get rid of the dagger I purchased from him if needed.

You know things are going wrong when none other than JimboPete himself has a serious post.

...........

No chance he could have just tried to purchase all the sunrazors available in an attempt to pricefix?

Why do you assume he HAD to have found all of them himself?

Also how do you know he had 5? He is a notorious troll....

I'm sure the dagger I have and the 2 on the ah are fake as well.

I'm sure that there's legitimately 30 alcor's in the 2 weeks since a handful of people reached max level.

It's clearly a problem, I just want to know something is being done, I don't care what the final solution is.

Besides him telling me that he has them, that he sold them before and after selling to me, besides him selling multiple other epics?

Ask users who bought them from him? It's funny that you know who it is when I've mentioned nobody by name.

Like someone just pointed out, if 5 alcor's are dropping every 2 weeks, literally every tank on the server will have them before they start scholomance.

Something is wrong
