GENERAL: Fix undercity guards gossip

Just seen on thegeneraltso's stream: When he asked the UC guard for the skinning trainer, he was directed to the tailoring trainer.

Which begs the question: Do you actually test your "fixes", or do you just poop out some code and add it to the patch notes?
