So now when Rag is fixed and working properly we can see who kills him first.

Remember there is no pride in killing a bugged boss!

He was bugged afterwards after various mechanics were fixed. The server first kill was legit.

Define "now"?
<Dreamstate> downed Rag around 23:40 server time yesterday. We didn't experience any bugs, he was 1-shotting our tanks just fine, then 1-shotting our ranged when we ran out of tanks.
