Where to get 1.12.0 Client???

I'm one of those that kinda trashed my old vanilla wow cd's...or it's lost somewhere... and all i see on the internet are 1.12.1 clients. So i was wondering how are you guys getting your client to 1.12.0 to play on this server??

I have found the full 1.12.0 patch, but not the client itself... If it doesn't go against the forum rules, i'd like to know where you can download it. Also, if there's people that are stuck like me, it could help them get the game meaning the dev team gets more player to test the server!!

Classic servers, including this one, run 1.12.1. I don't know where you got the zero from. You said "all i see on the internet are 1.12.1 clients". That's the client you should have. But Nostalrius did offer up a download link during its beta test, perhaps they will do so at release.

We need to have a dedicated torrent link on the forum somewhere, as this client has become harder to get with the seizure of piratebay. You're stuck trying to get it from other trashy torrent sites that generally have more dead torrents than actual files, or servers that may have tampered with the client. Nostalrius should consider putting up its own torrent on a site(demonoid?), linking it on the forum, and letting its followers seed it for anyone that wants it. I have a very good internet connection, if someone wants to PM me with a torrent they'd like me to eat then seed.

You'll need 2 things:

1. 1.12.1 Client [which is the original 1.x WoW client patched up to 1.12.1]
2. Updated realmlist.wtf [changed with notepad to the nostalrius "set realmlist xxx"]

There are some links out there that'll give you nr.1, you just have to change the realmlist. The size of the client is about 5GB. Good luck

Is that Feenix client? You shouldn't use it. It has modified wow.exe and connects to feenix automatically no matter what realmlist is. Mine actually runs without the realmlist file just fine.

The Feenix torrent client works fine. I tested it, connecting to a few other servers. It looks like a totally fresh directory. It launches the game EULA, intro cutscene, and doesn't even have the Feenix realmlist address in it. It instead has the Blizzard default, which you should never try to use. Just wipe that and enter the private server address. If there are any problems with this client, I'm not seeing it. Just edit the realmlist and it should connect to whatever you want.
