Is the PvE Test server actually up or is it struggling with the load?

I got an invite e-mail for the PVE test three days ago, but am getting constantly disconnected when I attempt to login now. I've set the correct realmlist and have deleted the WDB folder as requested and using the supplied login credentials in the invite e-mail.

Oggi, if you have the invite e-mail, then you'll know when it starts. It says so in the e-mail.
It starts in a few hours from now.

I also didn't get one though I signed up around the 28th of December. I'm wondering if their newsletter sending software doesn't accept gmail address tagging... because I used one. By tagging I mean "[email protected]"
