Banned/Suspended Account Section

I have noticed on other private servers they have a specific section for these matters. I noticed a lot of the support section is clogged with these questions. Other than it being a good read on how and why the said person is being banned legitimately. I think it would be helpful for Devs/GMs to sort out trouble shooting issues in that section compared to someone requesting information on their suspension.

Not sure if this has been posted before but thought i would shoot the idea out there.

Idealy showing people the length of their suspension or a screenshot of the ban would be helpful. Also a section would provide us to post a picture or video of the potential cheaters as well.

There are dozens of threads in Suggestions asking for this, but I support seeing this. It's telling the Admins what we want. Most of us would like to see Ban Appeals separated from Support since the two aren't mutually exclusive.
