Tbc server

Hey guys, idk if im allowed to ask this here, but anyone know if they are "working" on the tbc server? or will it be worked on (after) the unreleased raids are cleared?

It was my understanding that they plan on doing a TBC server later after they've released all content on the current one. However, I do not know if they're working on it now or if they'll start after all content has been released (which I doubt because there will always need to be bug fixes etc.) I also had heard that when they do release a TBC server that you will be able to transfer your 60 from this one to that one, so that's pretty cool I guess.
