A declaration of cyber e-shenanigans

Two days ago, after lengthy attempts to engage GMs about the unblizzlike ban against everyone who had looted more than one alcor's from heavy junkboxes, I was informed by GM Kraft via PM that druids have pickpocketing. I decided at that point that all of my efforts had been futile and to start enacting actions which in some cases would necessitate collateral damage. One of these actions was an extensive logging and reporting campaign on twitch, which will continue in perpetuity despite the unexpected win of getting almost everyone right away. What streamers - or tripfags and attention whores as they are known elsewhere - were doing there was actually against the rules, unlike my own stay at nostalrius which followed the rules with assburgian precision.

I also declare that whatever tactic you may choose to employ to circumvent twitch.tv's rules, such as the one I saw in the other thread about naming yourselves "Guild N," will be screenshatted, archived on several web archive services, and extensively documented in the relevant spreadsheet.

Enjoy your remaining time on nostalrius, sir.

So let me get this straight:

You exploited, got banned, now are mad, you apparently have lotsa free time, but cba to level anew because your internet-ego got hurt, now you gonna try to disrupt the streamers in a twisted attempt at revenge against Nostalrius, even though your real victims are the players, whose twitch accounts will be suspended?

I guess Nostalrius was right to ban you.

And here we are in the Utah Salt Flats at theis stop of our cross-national tou-

No... Wait, this can't be right. I'm sorry, folks, this is just an angry exploit poster still pissed about the Alcor's Razor glitch and losing his power to send this server economy crashing into the ground with no survivors.

Also fucking kek at calling Streamers "Tripfags".

Back to Cuckchan for you.

Honestly the likelihood of our time on nostalrius being cut short by blizzard is slim. The devs don't take active donations which is the driving force behind why blizzard has taken action against other private servers in the past. It costs money for Blizzard to pursue legal action against the hosts of private servers. From a business standpoint: if whoever investigates these things from Blizzard were to come here to investigate he'd have a very "soft" case to present to the legal team to pursue action. 1 set of donations, Europe hosted, AND they have previously won cases in Germany (they could have won one in France, not sure) but each country has it's own legal precedent which I'm assuming doesn't take into account other countries' precedent. It would depend on the Nostalrius' staff willingness to defend.

That being said wouldn't it be just as easy for someone to do the same thing to you wherever you end up going once Kronos dies?
