Can anyone do enchant 2h + 25 Agility

I'm looking for an enchanter that can do +25 to agility for the 2 hander. Can anyone do this?

Timbermaw Rep - the vendors aren't available yet to my knowledge.

The vendors are supposed to be in the game from the beginning patch. Only after 1.6 were certain things added to them but the agility enchants were always there.

Dug a little deeper.

A new enchanting recipe that adds +25 Agility to two-handed weapons has been added to the Timbermaw Furbolgs that requires Friendly reputation.

This means +15 to 1h should be in the game sooner (patch 1.6) than +25 to 2h. Much sooner.
