Are quest marked as released on patch 1.11.1 (source : http://www.wowhead.com/item=1357/captai ... easure-map) availible atm ?

Well, most Searing Gorge quests are unavailable and they were released in 1.5.0, so my assumption is no, 1.11.1 quests are not available. Take this with a grain of salt, I'm just spitballing ideas.
