Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

There are four of these outside in the hive at Rustmaul Digsite in Thousand Needles (and another 4 within the hive). Even though they are green to me (mithril is 175 and I'm 234 mining), I can tap it but no loot box comes up. I can get a skill up off each node but cannot loot at all.

One time there was a ooze covered silver vein there and I was able to loot it.

Anyone else having a problem or know why?

don't think it's to do with the ooze, i was able to mine the maraudon ones fine; prolly the nodes are bugged and do not disappear after someone mined them, had that bug on normal nodes as well a few times

I'm also experiencing this bug. The Ooze Covered Mithril Nodes in Thousand Needles, Shimmering Flats can't be looted. I can mine them, I get a skill up, but no loot window comes up. A warrior came on the scene while I was wondering what to do and mined and looted them without any problems.

I've never had this bug.

Okay, this would explain why some people can mine them and some can't even if they have the same mining skill. Was this classic, I don't recall this bs at all? What level is the magic level to be able to mine them?

Had the same bug on some Iron Veins in Stonetalong for many weeks ago, but haven't happened again after that.

Is this going to be something that is changed, or do I really have to level up to be able to actually get the contents of these nodes?

I'm confirming all of the above.

I'm hitting them on my level 34 hunter and getting skill ups and no loot. A [Extremely Censored to Avoid Ban] level 35 warrior runs up behind me and loots all the ore.

I do not remember this nonsense in Vanilla.
