I am trying to finish the lvl 10 hunter quest, Taming the Beast. After I charmed the Surf Crawler I hearthed, creature pannel vanished. I turned in the quest. Then when I went to charm the Armored Scorpid, after channeling, it tells me I already control a charmed creature. So it will not let me charm the scorpid, and I cannot finish the quest.
I have already tried the script /script AbandonPet(), but since the Surf Crawler I charmed is not out he does not get abandoned.
I don't know if there are any other scripts I can try, or if there is one to summon my Surf Crawler?
Any help would be appreciated!

1. Why did you think that this belonged here and not in hunter section? This is general discussion and many generally do not care about hunters.
2. There are numerous bugs reported about this quest already posted. Try the search bar next time.

What's with the attitude? The guy made a pretty reasonable post. You spent more time writing some condescending reply than actually linking the guy the right information.
OP:
viewtopic.php?f=45&t=3486& Give that a try.

It's not hard to put in some effort of your own. Why ask questions when you can't even take the time to research it first? My answer was harsh but the question was lazy.

He had obviously done some research as his post includes possible solutions that he has already tried. If you have no interest in helping then move on. If you feel the thread is in the wrong section then report it.
You are just wasting your own time as well as everyone else's by being a jackass.
To OP:
Relog, it worked for me.
