Average wait time for tickets

Good evening!
I just had a question regarding tickets. What's been the average time you've had to wait until you've received help/an answer?
I've had to wait about 6 hours for a reply so far (still counting) and I have no idea if that's normal or not.
This is not a bait to get the dirt of the community to start hating GM's (so please don't), I'm just curious.

The three times I've made a GM ticket, I received a reply in under 20 minutes in each case. Obviously this depends on the time of the day and the matter in question. Nost doesn't have equal amount of GMs for every time of the day and if something has to be kicked upstairs, then that will cause a delay as well.

It took me about a period of 6 - 8 hours to get one of mine addressed, but there was a letter of recognition present in my mailbox the next day alerting me that they did get it. This was a ticket made rather late at night, so I'm not really all too surprised.

20 minutes is fantastic for a server run by nostalgic dreamers trying to recreate an old game. If that's the normal amount of time one usually has to wait, then all I have to say is: Keep up the good work!

I've only opened one GM ticket and it was up for a little under two hours before I logged off for the night. The next evening when I logged in, I had in-game mail from a GM that answered it. My guess would be they probably got to it a few hours after I entered it.
