Can you explain me why?

I have seen some terrain bugs in every private server i have played on.
But the most common thing i've seen in everyone is that players movement looks wrong. It is like when you turn right or left the player seems like doing spikes. For everyone that has played on Retail knows what i am talking about, its like movement goes with spikes.
The only fluent server i have played on like retail is Arena tournament. Is the only private server that has provided a really retail experience, and when you play on it you can prove this.
I don't know if developers know about this issue, but its really important. When you play on Feenix or another stupid private server you can see that Warrior charge movement look like it was insta-teleport, same for Death Grip from dk's. Also players in feenix look like they are teleporting when they walk (like it was Counter strke with 200ms, i don't know if this issue is because of the hosts).
Anyway, if you want make a server with a really retail experience, you should see on these stupid bugs. Meavy you thing this is pointless, but IS NOT. These issues makes you feel like if you were playing in a crap server. (and so it would be)
PD: Pls, dont make me record these movements that i am talking about.

Have you been to any of the previous test sessions?
I can assure you as someone from EU and a low ping, I haven't seen any of the problems you mention. Everything is so smooth.. and slow.. Even charging feels like I only get speed up a little to catch up. Though, I can't speak for people form the US whos pings are a little higher

Feenix is a piece of crap which don't seem to bother with such things.
Did you play on Nostalrius during test-phases ?
Where do you live and what is your usuall ping when you play on EU servers ?
I had a 11ms ping on Nostalrius and players movement were pretty fluent.

You've said this before I believe, or, perhaps someone else talked about the exact same thing.
But I'm still going to reply with the same thing as I did before: Nostalrius has by far the smoothest movement from players and movement related spells and mechanics.
Now, I'm testing Nostalrius from Iceland, so my ping is around 80. Which I'm very pleased with, so I can't tell for sure how it is for NA / Australian players. BUT - I can say that I have tested dozens upon dozens of privates since 2010 and out of all of them, Nostalrius has by far the least amount of rubberbanding, skipping, laggy movement for me or any of the other players around me.
Last time this topic popped up, I said the same thing. And then the person replied to me by linking me my own videos, with one second footage in it where a Mage dueling in the background just EVER-so-SLIGHTLY skipped tiny steps backward and forward again - It was so small I didn't even notice it when I was playing and to me it's not even an issue and afaik, doesn't even exist as an issue, at least not for me so far on Nostalrius.
Most other privates I play on have this in such a drastically worse state (*cough* on a recent note: VengeanceWoW is absolutely UNPLAYABLE for me in PvP as I'm from EU so the amount of rubberbanding is beyond hardcore and absolutely no fun to play with at all, and yet I still level on that server... sigh).
But speaking from personal experiences over the past 5 years, at least for me: No other server has had as little problem with this as Nostalrius. I never even noticed it while playing so far. Never.

US East, 135MS usually, little to no rubberbanding. If everyone is <200, there shouldn't even be rubberbanding unless it's the server's fault. Players further west have higher numbers, but I believe most in US are still under 200. Someone from California, which is about as far west as you can get, should say what their MS is.

it's nowhere near as bad what you referred to at Feenix
