dragonscale leatherworking missing the recipe

the dragonscale leatherworking master he gave me dragonscale gauntlet and breastplate but thats it, he's not teaching me green dragonscale gauntlet or blue dragonscale leggings to finish the green dragonscale set or the blue dragonscale set. if anyone can help or a gm can see this and fix it any information would be help full.
