Usually I play Horde. But for the first time I want to play a dwarf warrior

Always horde, and I'm going to recreate my main (Shaman Tauren, Resto/Enha spec)
but I think I'll test the alliance side too, mainly out of curiosity and to explore areas that still I miss

I urge you, OP, to edit your post to have this strawpoll instead for the sake of results, unless the option for both is that important to people

Horde. I prefer the extra quest content in numerous zones that Horde gets as a simple matter of fact. I also like cows.

If there's a big server imbalance I can always switch to Ally and use my horde characters for tradeskill mules. I'm not sure if there's cross faction mail or not (most likely not), but goblin AH trading works well enough.

As a PvE-oriented player I tend to lean towards Alliance, also spent my whole vanilla retail career on horde. But quest and levelling wise I think horde is much more interesting.
