I also did a search for "Profanity" and read the ToS, nothing along the lines that this is an offense.

Infact he skipped the "Warning" and went straight to a 2nd Warning punishment with the chat mute. So I didn't even receive a proper "Warning" for something that isn't against the Rules. RIP Freedom

I mean, It's not listed in ToS I can't say that, doesn't say anything about language at all as a matter of fact. So if you turn off the profanity filter, that is at your own risk.
