Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Just wondering if it's too late to start playing in this server? Not sure if everyone are all 60s already with epic mounts and items. Also, I read somewhere that people exploit somehow to farm insane gold and have already gotten epic mount and all the gears already... Is this true?

Also, how would you rate this server? as in the mechanics and the game in general (ie. buggy, etc)

Plenty of people of both factions in literally every zone. Finding groups is easy at normal pacific times at least. Can't speak for others.

Not too late to start. Most people are still leveling and all zones have plenty of people in them. I havent seen many epic mounts on 60s, most still sporting the level 40 mounts.

The server is solid but not without some bugs. Compared to other private servers ive played on this one is very solid so far.

It is never to late, wont have problem finding pvp or instance groups.
Dont listen to the ppl talking about Nazi gms and shit, it is those kronosfanboys just wanna talk shit about the server. Sure some bans and stuff going around is wrong but most are being fixed, not everyone is happy about the outcome tho.
Sure there are some bugs here and there, same on kronos but different once.

Both servers are good and both servers have wrong stuff going around. If you dont use exploits, talk racist or other kind off hate you will be fine

Horde outnumbers alliance by a bit. And it does impact leveling, because horde like camping alliance quest zones.
Other than that, it's fun. I like it.

There are very few Nazi GMs, most GMs are pretty chill.

Depends on what you're targeting.

If like 95% of players you want to enjoy lvl up to 60 and doing instances with people on a vanilla flavor,
this server is perfect.

The last time I've seen that many player in all zones as any time was during WoW vanilla beta and just after the official launch.

Did my first deadmines yesterday, was really fun, like good old times.
Using the wheel to save our asses many times ...
Wiped about 5/6 times ... used all my pots ...
Got a powerful weapon, I feel like a king now.
I'm lvl 18 Pally Holy.

Kronos/Nostalrius fight requires tons of pop corn.
But I tried Kronos and saw only one player during 1 hour.
Needless to say, I'm going to stick to Nostalrius until I reach lvl 60 with at least one Wawa, Pally, Priest and Mage.

It'll never be too late to start. It's not a race. There will be fresh guilds doing MC for their first time a year from now. You don't have to be in the first wave for anything, and no forced expansion means there's no time constraints. It shouldn't concern you how many guilds are ahead of you or how many players have better equipment. There will always be fresh guilds starting content, and fresh characters or alts in PvP.

Man, if you enjoyed vanilla, then this server is just simply amazing. The feel and immersion you get from leveling and the ammount of players in the zones is just outstanding!!! Its so much fun. Dont listen to all the hate, just try it out for yourself. There will ALWAYS be some one somewhere hating on something that many others enjoy so just take it with a grain of salt. Find a nice guild, <At Your Service> and <At Your Disposal> on alliance side are a nice group of people, around 50+ active members on any given hour in both guilds. Hit me up in game and I can toss you an invite

Not too late at all just make sure you roll Horde so you don't ever have a chance of killing a GM's personal character.
