is it possible to not only buy another mount from another race when being exaulted but also buying the riding skill?
I'm asking because I'm close to SW exaulted anyways and there is no way to gain exaulted with Gnomeregan Exiles without handing in cloth.
Therefore I'd like to get exaulted with SW and just buy the riding skill there.

My question was whether I can learn the RIDING skill somewhere else to get the most of bonus like 20% less for learning the riding skill.

You get 10% discount from honored, and 10% from pvp rank 3.

Exatled does not increase the discount, but you will be able to buy riding from other faction trainers.
