When will certain item stats upgrade? At BWL release?

When will items like Plate of the Shaman King update? Is it with BWL?
Is BWL coming out when DM(few weeks)?

Some should upgraade with DM release and should with BWL. It just depends on the items as some got buffed during DM and some during BWL. Do some research and you will see

Since items like Spirit of Aquements still hasn't changed, even with Azuregos roaming around. Who knows when the rest of the items will change over. Though perhaps since only part of 1.3 has been released it'll still change over with the DM with other items?
