this Warlock is killing unflagged Night Elf Alliance players at spawn point using Eye of Kilrogg. I'm under the impression that you cannot attack with the Eye of Kilrogg along with not being able to attack unflagged players? Please someone confirm/deny this?

As you can clearly see I'm not even flagged for PvP.

It was a simple bug abuse, the person has received a temporary account suspension and the bug has been reported.
