account creation limit reached error message

I have recently tried to join and found that when i try and sign up to Nostalrius Begins but when i log onto the page https://en.nostalrius.org/
and use the bottom of the page to create a game account it comes up saying that account creation limit reached and does not appear to allow me to progress any further.
Please can anyone advise or help with this as I would really like to join the community as I have heard nothing but amazing things about it so far.
