How can you change the details of ingame account?

I searched and searched and searched and apparently there isnt any control panel or something where you can change the password, or the email etc. Any option for changing my ingame password or its nailed like this forever ?

.account password oldpassword newpassword newpassword
Do it inside of an instance, like ragefire chasm or stockades.

Yes, it does. Staff has said this quite a few times.
