Greetings everyone. Because this will be a server with 1x rates, that means that players will quest a lot (which I like
) so I wanted to ask if players can expect on this server this amount of details while questing which are shown in these two videos (these videos are only an example)

I'd like to know more about the quest/NPC situaton too
Especially the starting areas are super important because they give the first impression of a server.

I asked about if anyone did a whole 1-60 run and a thorough analysis of the quests but I never got any good reply from them. I assume not.

I did the quests in senjin last test session. you can complete them but there is no scripting when finishing like in the video. The funny stuff with the troll afterwards do not work either. You can click an he will cast on you, but you dont see any buff/debuffs or effects

I expected that. Without these videos I wouldn't even know what's supposed to happen. Maybe the Devs don't know either. These things have to be researched but it would be pretty damn amazing if they were taken care of

Its the same with the Barrens when when you kill Echeyakee, the NPC must cast a buff on you. And she does the cast but no buff.
http://db.vanillagaming.org/?spell=5320 Echeyakee's Grace (+2 spirit for 30 mins)
---
Also another quest like that came to my mind, I havent tried it on Nostalrius but would be good to check it just incase.
http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=884The Speed of Owatanka was a runing speed buff and it should be casted on the player by Jorn Skyseer after turning in Owatanka which is a rare mob east of Taurajo.

I think questing is one of the most important aspects of the game. It's a shame it is overlooked so often. Also, I'm disappointed there was no tests regarding that part of the game (as far as I know). In my opinion, they should put couple of zones open, testers do quests thoroughly and report bugs if needed, devs fix it. And so on. Every zone. But oh well, maybe they've tested it by themsvelves. I just hope it will work when this server comes out because leveling is a huge part of the game.

Completely agree.
Honestly I expected this kind of detail from Nostalrius. Oh well.

you dont know if internally all or most quests were tested.
also there is no ETA yet on the server release.
