Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I remember in retail that after you done DMN the ogers standing around the throne are hostile but unable to attack, (or turn around). Those were the training-dummies of retail-wow.
Are they like that on nostalrius also? Didn't get a chance to get inside DM during the tests.
