I'm Currently playing on feenix ED, and I am considering to reroll here on Nostalrius.
I have a few questions...

1: Does the gurubashi arena event work? Will the NPC announce when he is about to drop the chest on the arena floor? Is it blizzlike, on retail the event start every third hour which is 00, 03,06,09,12 and so on.

Also how will the population be? I've heard rumors that there won't be a lot to play on launch.. I need a good populated server so I can harvest gnome scalps regularly.

2: We cannot know how the population will be. But we know that there are 4000 suscribers.

We can't predict the population. You know how many subscribes, but you don't know how many are actually going to sign up and come play, or stay long term rather than test and report back to a different server. We're likely to have some few hundred active logins. We have what looks like a nice number of guilds, assuming they all have a sizable following of their own.

Subs = 2 pr IP so you can atleast slash that in two I think, for total member number But still 2k is high!
