Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Is there any one thinking about twinks? I always liked twinking, and i did a lot of 10-19 back in the old days. But we all know that twinking requires a lot of time, gold, friend's rush and more!

Besides i don't think there will be many bg's up on low lvl, since that requires a extremely high population. What do you think?

Anyway, you can always make a twink and go pvp outdoor. But you can also do that with your lvl 60.

With ewnough population on a server you will always be able to queue up for twinking. No-XP bgs would be a really nice custom thing to have.

I think it's an important aspect of Vanilla not being able to turn XP off if you ask me.

Vanilla BGs give experience? Since when.

Vanilla BG's never gave experience. And is not necessary to add No-EXP bg.

And we don't want any custom feature.

I know Kronos let's you turn off XP. Does Nostal have that too? It really helps the twink community when you don't have to worry about lvling out of your bracket while trying to farm up your twinks gear.

I'm not sure how loot distribution is specifically handled in vanilla, but when I made a twink in 2009 before Blizzard ruined twinking forever, all I had to do was stay outside of exp range, and damage a boss/mob that I needed loot from and then run out of exp range again.

I was able to deck out my 39 Warlock twink completely that way.

No please no, real twinkers have always enjoyed the fact that you had to be careful with this. Repgrinding in ghostform, questing while dead.. ooh the memories.

When I leveled my rogue on retail I used to stop at lvl 17,27,37 at 47 I rushed to 60. To get gear from dungeons and quest so I could do pvp in the different level branches. Normally I could compete with twinks unless fully decked out with enchantings and top gear.

I second. Classic wow never gave xp for doing BGs, only honor and rank.
