For a while I ask myself if it's possible to import graphics from another version of WoW, for example with an addon it's possible ?

No.

If you mean the 2d interface graphics, then yes you can add things and change some of it with addons. (Look for DiscordArt)

If you mean the 3d models and textures, you would need more than just an addon for this, and it would be considered cheating because it means modifying your game files.

This is only possible with client side model editing and there is no official stance about it.

There are some macros that you can you use to push the game a little further then you are able to in the video settings

You'd have to mod the textures within the game client itself to increase graphics beyond its default, and I doubt they would allow you to do this. Allowing texture editing opens the door for cheaters. They like to replace walls with transparent versions, gaining Xray vision. With WSG, they would edit the flag texture so it stretched all the way into the sky, meaning you are visible regardless of where you are.(Just look up, then follow the pole down like an arrow) People aren't content to just have their game look nicer... they want to cheat too, and this is why we can't have nice things. To stop these people, you have to stop all model editing in the first place and reject/ban anyone that has a modified client. The alternative would be to have an official HD patch that's allowed, but nothing else, then they could identify the 2 while still stopping anyone else. But you're asking for a lot of work both for the editing and the server and I doubt anyone is going to do either of them.
