If you trust
http://vanilla-wow.wikia.com/wiki/Hit, then against bosses you gain 3.2% hit. (and a lot of glancing blow penalty reduction).

Not only alot but you will cap your weapon skill (glancing blow reduction) assuming you are using race-appropriate weaponry. Cap is either 310 or 315 and with edgemasters and race skill you get 312. Or a Human using Maladath at 316.
