Hello All,

I am looking into making AddOns for this server and wanted to keep a running post of how-tos and useful information for developing UIs. If you have any helpful links or pointers, please let me and other aspiring people know.

The most interesting part is actually trying to go back in time to discover some of this stuff, but most sites did a fantastic job at archiving, so it is easier than harder to figure things out...but I still have a long ways to go.

ps. with the software myWarcraftStudio you can open blizzards .mpq files, not just for the FrameXML but also if you want to replace textures etc.

I was also thinking about writing a quick guide to start of with the basics needed for classic addons since I get asked via PM frequently.
