Unitframe Addons (hide frame out of combat)

Hello everyone!
I am looking for an UI addan that is able to hide unitframes (my own unitframe) when out of combat. I have not been able to find one for 1.12.1, even though I have been searching like hell all over there place.

I am currently using Discord UI, which is by far the most costumizationable UI there is, but it simply don't have this feature which is annoying me alot. I don't want it there if I don't use it.
For my actionsbars I use Discord Actionbars which is able to pull off this thing, and so those Discord Art, which I use for the chatbox and stuff. So I think it is possible.

Anyone got an Addon that can do it?

If no addon exists of it are there anyone out there who could make it? I can't be the only one bothered by this.
