Action Bars Addon

Hello,

I was wondering if there is an addon that acts like ButtonForge. ButtonForge lets you add extra action bars anywhere on the screen and DOES NOT change the basic blizzard hud (the actions bars whit the dragons and stuff).

ButtonForge is not for vanilla sadly. I looked at vanilla addons but they all change the basic blizzard bars. Is there such addon that lets you create a bar (1,2,3) and lets you put it anywhere on the screen for example next to your character?

Discord Bars does exactly what you described and works on nost. I don't know the version though, I'm sure you can find it with ease.
