"you can not talk for 30 seconds" alert

hi guys,

for a couple of days I keep getting these alerts out of the blue on random moments, it is really annoying and I dont know what to do? Maybe it is an addon? Any ideas?

it most certainly is an AddOn, but which idk but I've read about another guy complaining about this.

if you could specify in which situations these actions appear and the AddOns you use me or someone here could maybe help identify it.
but what would be probably quicker is if you disable your AddOns one by one and test if you found the correct AddOn which causes that

Guild sign up addons usually does this cause they sync the data via chat but it will be hidden for you so you cant see it and sometimes they spam so much that you get "caught" by the spam protection

So if you have such addon, that might be it
