Overlaping Nameplates

I have tried using several commands and addons and editing in game files so that nameplates WILL overlap to no avail. :evil:

Knowing the correct health of people around me with out having to click on them in large groups is invaluable.
is there any way i can get nameplates to overlap/stack through means of an addons or something else? :cry:
