Focus addon

Is there any addon that makes it possible to put a focus target unitframe?
Maybe this ability came in later expansion?

IIRC, focus targets were only added when Blizzard overhauled the scripting API in TBC.

Various vanilla unitframe addons include main tank targets. If you scan through this forum I think there was a developer who released an addon that emulated Focus functionality by using scripts and targetlasttarget but because of the limitations of the vanilla API it's still pretty clunky.
