Is there an addon or website of sorts that lets me build a character with gear and talents to see what stats those combinations give?

Been looking at CTprofiles, chardev, warcrafter and all those oldies, but none of them seem to work anymore.

Some classes have spreadsheets you should look for at class forums. But anything that would meet all the criteria, no.

I wish someone would remake offline version of chardev for vanilla though

ItemID x EnchantID is the syntax for items
you can get the itemIDs here:

also note that the items in all databases have the 1.12.1 stats

How do you get the enchant ID?

For example, looking at this item: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?spell=15389

Do you just grab the: Effect #1 (53) Enchant Item Permanent (1503) Value: 0

1503 part of that one?
