Tab target nearest enemy behind me?

when tab targeting i can only target nearest enemy player that is infront of me, is there any way to make it so i can target players in all directions?

I cant think of a way to do this, although I hoped there is a way.

This is the function called if you press tab. It is protected and cant be changed.
