Metamap error 105 and 609?

I'm trying to use metamap along with VanillaGuide so that I can track quests on the map. However, I get these lua errors whenever I enable metamap: "105: attempt to index global MetaMapOptions (a nil value)
609: attempt to index global MetaMapOptions (a nil value)".

I have only seen one other thread about this error and the solution (running as administrator) didn't work for me. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

I'm guessing you didn't install the MetaMapOptions addon? It sounds like a frame or SavedVariable is missing.
Running as administrator just means the game saves its addon settings elsewhere. But if they're never created in the first place, you're missing the addon.

Hmm maybe, but according to this http://exiled-guild.shivtr.com/forum_threads/2002037 I have all the necessary addons installed and I can't seem to find a "MetaMapOptions" addon.
