Help with UI please?

Hello,
I just downloaded an Addon pack. Everything works great except that there are two huge black bars on the bottom and top. I believe its from Bartender2, but I'm not sure. I would like to take them out.

Which addon pack it is would be helpful, that's not bartender2 for sure, some kind of panel or viewport addon.

Do you have Skinner or SunnArt?
Both of those can add those bars.

The bar across the bottom, Fubar or Titan also has some plugins that will allow adjusting the viewport size.

It was this huge pack with a couple premade UIs and other useful addons. This one in particular was called Photek UI

I'm not using Skinner or SunnArt. I am using Fubar though, how would I go about altering the viewport?

That's strange, I don't see anything in PhotekUI that would create panels...
Can you open a command prompt in your AddOns folder (From Windows File Explorer > Menu File > Open Command Prompt Here)
then run this command

dir /ad /on > addons.txt

and post that file with your addon list here?

You must have some other addon apart from PhotekUI or you have a version different from the one in my backups (56b)

I attempted to bring you info through DOS but I wasn't able to, idk if it makes a difference using win XP or I'm incompetent.
But I did use /oSkin and looked at the commands. /oSkin viewpoint - messed with it and there were no commands. I did remove it from the folder and it removed the bars. I restored the program and its back to normal without the fancy targeting. So it is that program, I just don't know how to program it.
