Stopped playing a few months ago and I log in today and all my macros are gone, what gives???

macros are stored in your WoW folder, if you deleted it, they're gone

^ that being said, the last time you played was probably before the PvP server received the new name - so your settings will be in the WTF/Accounts/<youracc>/NostalriusBegins and not in /NostalriusBeginsPvP or w/e
