Help me find an action bar addon

I remember from way back when, I had an add on that allowed me to customize action bars in such a way that they could be hidden, and revealed when I'm say, holding shift. Also I believe I was able to customize even further by reshaping the bars to anything I like. I've been looking for this add on for awhile and haven't had any luck yet

Might be mistaken, but what about Discord Action Bars? By far the best bar addon on classic, and propably just the best throughout all the addon even on other patches. Hell lot of conditionals, configs and other stuff.
