Nostalrius ReckCounter

After a couple of tries I couldn't find a ReckCounter addon that worked here on Nostalrius so I thought I'd just dive into some Lua scripting and try and fix the problem myself.
I've been kinda busy so I didn't really get to test it out properly but it seems to be working. Try it out and let me know how it works out for you guys.
