[Addon] StellarBars (backport)

StellarBars is an action bar mod that modifies WoW's default action bars. This is for those who like the basic action bars, but just want to tweak it a bit. Look elsewhere if you want more.

How to use:
Options: "/stellarbars", see interface options, or click the micro-buttons background (several options may not take full effect until after a login/reloadui)

Is there any way to disable to experience bar on this addon?
Currently using the built in one with Luna.

Yes it does! Many thanks.
Only issue with it is that it still shows the tick marker for rest exp. and the latency bar drops a bit below the frame but this is fixed by changing any setting.

Though, once again, I appreciate you doing this for me.
