LF Feature in raid UI

During TBC I remember a feature in Blizzard raid UI that allowed the player to drag out 1 single player.

Current ingame raid UI allows dragging, but only of a full group or an entire class.

I've been trying to find an addon that provides me with this behavior ever since I started raiding, but no luck

Does anybody have an idea?

Install something like Grid or other custom Raidframes. The old frames haven´t this feature afaik.
