Addons not working

Hey

sorry if this has already been posted, i had a look around and found nothing though. Im installing addons, Ive double checked they are all in the right folder (opened file location for shortcut then the addons are in Interface/AddOns). When i go on to the character screen, the "addons" button isn't showing up and the addons have no effect :/ Any ideas?

So you have unzipped your addons so they lay in a path like this:

c:/program files (x86)/world of warcraft/interface/addons/titan panel/titanpanel.toc

?
